Challenging Limiting Assumptions

Service Description

To strengthen practitioners’ coaching practice by developing their ability to recognise and explore limiting assumptions that may be keeping clients stuck in career conversations. By the end of the session, you will be able to: Identify limiting assumptions that may be influencing a client’s thinking during career conversations. Use open, non-directive questions to help clients explore those assumptions and consider new possibilities.
