After more than twenty years working across adult education, employability, apprenticeships and careers development, I’ve seen first-hand just how demanding and meaningful this work is. Career Development Professionals hold space, guide people through uncertainty and support change every single day.

But the pace and pressure of the job often mean there’s very little room for your own reflection, growth and wellbeing.

That’s why I created FocusWorks.
